Watercolour butterfly children's art class

Age 7 up

Calling all young artists aged 7 to 99! Join us for a fun-filled morning where we’ll be painting vibrant, colourful creatures using various watercolour techniques. No drawing skills required – Unicorns, elephants, butterflies, footballers &more.

If you let me know the design you’d like to do the week before the workshop, I’ll even get it drawn for you – more time to watercolour 🙂 There is a PDF list when you book and I’ll send out a reminder with options the week before.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, your child will:

🖌️ Learn the basics of watercolour painting

🌈 Experiment with colour mixing and blending

🎨 Create their own beautiful colourful creatures to take home

Please wear painting clothes, old t-shirt or bring apron. All other materials will be provided.

No prior experience is necessary—just imagination and a willingness to experiment!

Price:
🎟️ £20 per child

(Not suitable for children under 7 years old)

Group Discount : Why not make it a family event. Adults and siblings can join in the fun for a reduced price of 🎟️ £16 each.

Our intensive drawing the figure day at the Harrow Art Centre will feature a long pose in the afternoon and will offer you the freedom to pursue your own practice with guidance from Cheryl, or you may decide on your own approach – drawing in your chosen medium, which will allow you the creative freedom to work on several studies or a more sustained composition. Cheryl will focus on one to one tuition,as needed, and lead the group through the day with group feedback at the end of the session.
